Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I integrate various therapeutic modalities based on what works best for you, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and trauma-informed care.
